Ken was so kind and polite and was very helpful and honest explaining the process and outcomes of cleaning my carpets. Super reasonable price and solid quality work. Ken gave me spot remover with instructions and treated me to a Starbucks gift card for a cup of coffee. Ken is a good person who does quality work, and I highly recommend him!

KG did an awesome job on our carpets and 1 large area rug. Very professional, arrived on time, and took the time to explain the entire process. One more thing, they don't offer carpet streaching now, but recommended an excellant team that did a great job.

KG cleaned around 1500 square feet of carpet for me. Excellent communication from start to finish. I would highly recommend. My house smells wonderfully clean and the carpet looks great!

KG does an amazing job! I had them out to clean an area rug, carpeting, and an upholstered chair. I asked if they could do another carpet that I thought was beyond saving, but figured maybe this would buy a little more time before I replaced the flooring. The end result was beyond expectations. Gheez I wish I could do ten stars. Guess there is a reason for all their reviews. Phenomenal company and legit and honest work! They repaired and cleaned our carpet and it looks brand new! The arrival window was 2-4 but they showed up 15 minutes prior and confirmed with us when they were on their way, letting us know. If you’re going to hire anyone to clean your carpets, I highly recommend this company!

Ken did a fantastic job of cleaning my lower-level carpet (all 5 rooms). I was concerned about possibly needing to replace all the carpeting due to pet stains and various other issues. Ken from KG Cleaning came out yesterday to clean my 2 bedroom carpets, stairs and a couple of area rugs. I am very happy with the results and will use them again and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs carpet and tile cleaning. He was very professional, courteous and efficient.

I don’t just write reviews about anyone, but this company truly impressed me. I got a brand new couch and on the way home, an unexpected rainstorm came. I was devastated and the couch was so dirty and ruined. Muddy and filled with rain water. I made a post on Facebook asking for advice or recommendations. Later that night Ken reached out to my husband and said he would love to help out. He helped up first get the couch dry again with his fans and then later took time out of his busy schedule to make sure my couch was cleaned and not dirty anymore. He did an exceptional job on the cleaning. I have never met someone in business with such a kind soul and who actually wanted to benefit us. It was never about the money with him and his only goal was to make us happy and help us in a time of need. I will be recommending him to everybody in the future and using their services from here on out.

Recently had KG Carpet Solutions come to clean my large sectional couch and carpet throughout the house. Ken and Bethany did a fantastic job with helping to get rid of the dog odor! The couch (along with all of the pillows) and carpet smell so fresh - I love the deodorizer they used. They were so kind, professional, and punctual. They even gave me a gift card and a free spot cleaner before they left. I highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future!!

Worth waiting for! KG cleaned my carpet which had significant pet stains and did an amazing job. This was over the holiday season, and I had to wait for their availability, but it was totally worth it. Beyond that, they are very personable and dedicated to their work. An absolute pleasure to work with.

KG did a wonderful job cleaning our carpets and upholstery. They were so pleasant to have at our house and we were so pleased with the outcome. They also took care of really nice extra details that I have never had a carpet cleaning company do before- they put protectors on the corners of our stairs so their hoses didn't damage our walls, put caution signs where the carpet ends and hard floors begin to keep us safe, pulled up our curtains to make sure they were not damaged, and left us with a bottle of spot treatment. Also, their pricing was reasonable. We will definitely use Ken and Bethany's services again

I try to utilize and support small local businesses instead of large companies who normally hike up prices for things not needed once they show up. Ken from KG did an outstanding job cleaning my sectional sofa on May 5, 2024. KG sent reminders, and on day of service he called with an estimated ETA. Arrived on time, provided a thorough cleaning (I have a dog and 2 cats) and my 7-year-old sectional looks almost brand new. Priced as quoted and no extra charges. I have now scheduled him for carpet cleaning next, again gave me a fair and reasonable quote. I would highly recommend KG for your next service!

KG just did our carpets and did a wonderful job! Our original carpet had never been cleaned professionally since installed and had numerous stains from previous pets-some over 10 years old. They got virtually all of the stains out and did an amazing job. Very professional, respectful, polite and just did a great job. Would not hesitate to recommend

We have had KG Carpet Solutions out twice now to clean our carpets and fabric couch. Both experiences have been amazing and have left us with a super wonderful smelling house. We have a lot of pets and you would never know it after they leave. We have used other companies in the past and our experiences with them far exceed other companies we have used. Their staff is so incredibly friendly and helpful and easy to work with.
